4. Once payment received, your order will be delivered to your doorstep (please allow at least 2 working days). Free delivery for purchase of amount RM200 & above (within Malaysia only).

5. Goods will be inspected carefully before we deliver to our customers, so no refund or exchange will be accepted.

6. Only defective merchandise(s) are subject to exchange within 7 days of delivery. Please email us and return to us with our ORIGINAL TAG, UNDAMAGED and UNWORN within 7 days in the SAME CONDITION as it was sent to you. Once we have confirmed with the defective item(s), we will immediately EXCHANGE with non-defective / correct merchandise(s) to you.
